We are pleased to present Bakthi Gee on 30th May 2026, featuring a spiritual evening of devotional songs.
The program will also include a selection of vibrant cultural performances presented by Tharanga Arts Academy, followed by a lively musical evening.
Dinner will be provided for all attendees.

1🌞 Sri Lankan New Year Festival 2026 – Organised by NVSLA
The North Victorian Sri Lankan Association warmly invites you to celebrate the Sri Lankan New Year with us on Sunday, 29th March 2026. This special event is organised for our members, their families, children, and friends, bringing everyone together to enjoy tradition, culture, and joyful community spirit.
We encourage everyone to wear their beautiful traditional Sri Lankan costumes and truly embrace the Avurudu atmosphere. Please bring a plate of your favourite homemade Avurudu dish to share, as we celebrate together in true Sri Lankan style.
Enjoy a wide range of traditional Avurudu games and activities including scraping coconut, Kana Muttiya, and many more fun competitions for all ages. There will be music, performances, delicious traditional food, laughter, and wonderful memories to be made.
Come along with your loved ones and experience the warmth, unity, and happiness of our Sri Lankan heritage. Let’s celebrate together and make this New Year festival a joyful and unforgettable occasion!
